In interior design, ” to the trade” is a program that allows designers to access high-quality, custom furniture, fixtures, and decor. Professionals including designers and architects can select exclusive items unavailable to the public and offer their clients the LUXE, high-end exquisite products.
Fun fact: The gallerist at Fairweather’s is celebrating 40 years of participating in the “to-the-trade” designer program as an Allied Member, A.S.I.D., American Society of Interior Designers.
SInce 2006, Fairweather House and Gallery has showcased custom one-of-a-kind LUXE table lamps selected from the design trade’s finest resources. Each table lamp has a three-way switch, linen, shaved wood, silk-tailored shade, cast aluminum, carved wood, or handmade chiseled glass base and custom finials.
