Meet Barbara Paanakker

Barbara Paanakker embodies the spirit of an artistic virtuoso enriched by a captivating history in painting and ceramics. Hailing from the Netherlands, Barbara embarked on her artistic odyssey through intensive painting classes in 2000. Driven by an innate zeal for creative expression from a tender age, she meticulously cultivated her craft through immersive private and group tutorials spanning the scenic realms of the Netherlands and the United States.

Barbara’s paintings are abstract and tactile, incorporating various mediums, including found metal, paper, and organic materials such as eggshells. Her artistic career gained momentum in 2008 when she began showcasing her work in galleries, garnering a global clientele.

2015 Barbara became a United States citizen, marking a significant milestone in her life and career. Throughout the years, her work has been showcased in numerous galleries and shows, captivating audiences with her unique artistic perspective.
